This body of work consists of 5 sculptures, all having passed through the loop of production from the stage of being raw material into becoming a finished work of sculpture and back again turned into the material of origin. The digital drawings done by Jochem Hendricks were cut out of black PVC boards, 400 x 200 cm in size, by means of a CAD controlled water-jet. Then these cutouts were transported into a factory to be welded into columns. Subsequently these columns were dropped off at a recycling plant, to be separately shredded into granules, and in the end cleanly devided up and filled into clear PVC-bags.
